Helpers must:

  • Accept only tasks they can complete safely.
  • Handle items carefully and follow instructions.
  • Communicate clearly in the app.

Requesters must:

  • Provide accurate instructions.
  • Avoid requesting prohibited or unsafe items.

4. Real-Time Transparency

  • Live progress updates for every task.
  • In-app communication only to keep contact details private.
  • A logged task timeline for accountability.
