2. Community Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud, impersonation, and illegal activity are prohibited.
3. Request Safety
Do not request or accept prohibited, illegal, dangerous, age-restricted, or unclear items or activities.
4. Location and Communication
Keep communication in the app. Location is used and shared only as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Payments and Receipts
Keep reimbursement, rewards, fees, and receipts in the app. Do not move payment off-platform.
6. Reporting
Report concerns through the app or at support@neigbordrop.com. Support is monitored Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
7. Emergencies
NeigborDrop is not an emergency-response service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
