1. Create a profile and complete the verification steps available in your location.
2. Share an upcoming route or availability window.
3. Review the request, timing, reimbursement, reward, and estimated detour before accepting.
4. Confirm details through in-app chat.
5. Complete the pickup and delivery, upload the receipt where required, and confirm completion.

Eligible purchase costs are reimbursed according to the request and receipt. Any helper reward is shown before acceptance. NeigborDrop’s platform fee is paid by the requester and displayed before confirmation. Payout timing and availability depend on location and account eligibility.

Helpers decide which requests to accept. Sharing a route does not require you to accept a request, and a match is not guaranteed. Review all details before accepting.
