When will NeigborDrop launch in my neighbourhood?

We open new neighbourhoods monthly based on sign-ups and helper availability. The countdown above reflects our next Toronto-wide rollout.

Can I sign up as both a helper and requester?

Absolutely. Many neighbours do both. In the form choose 'Both' and we will tailor onboarding tips for dual roles.

Is there a cost to join the waitlist?

No. You only pay standard platform fees when you request a drop. Helpers always receive 100% of the thank-you reward.

How do you handle my information?

We store your details securely in Firestore and only use them for launch updates, onboarding, and relevant NeigborDrop news.
