NeigborDrop is designed to match your request with someone already traveling nearby. Availability and timing depend on local activity, the request, and helper choice. A match or delivery time is not guaranteed.

Clear Costs

Before confirmation, the app displays the available purchase estimate, helper reward, platform fee, and applicable taxes. Final reimbursement may change when the actual receipt differs from the estimate.

Trust and Safety

Review the helper’s profile, verification status, ratings, and request details before confirming. Keep communication and payment in the app. Report concerns through the app or at support@neigbordrop.com.
